Lucas Scott = not yet taken
Rachel Gatina
17, junior, varsity cheerleading captain
After years of fat camp Rachel had surgeries to get her body the way she liked it. Only shortly after then her parents moved to Tree Hill with her. With great looks on her side it only took her a short while to take over as the most popular girl at Tree Hill High along with becoming the new captain of the cheerleading squad with a little help from her best friend Haley James. Now the only thing left on Rachel's to do list is to get Lucas Scott to become her boyfriend. That way they would be Tree Hill High's ultimate power couple.
face claim: Danneel Harris
16, junior, captain of the varsity basketball team
Basketball is his first love, and well the popularity comes with being one of the best at your school in a sport. In general Lucas is just another spoiled rich kid with way too much popularity. So much that he takes advantage of it more often than not. After all there's no reason to be one hundred percent exclusive with any girl when you can play the field with ease. So being single is now his preference, even if it means disappointing some. Can he be tamed?

Nathan Scott
16, junior, wannabe varsity basketball player
For as long as Nathan could remember his mother had always told him that his father hadn't wanted to be a part of his life. It was that very reason that he had thought it would be alright if he just followed his heart and played basketball when he was younger. Apparently that had made Dan Scott want to be a part of his life though, and Nathan didn't want the guy being a part of his life. So now he either joins the varsity team and puts up with his father trying to be a part of his life or remains playing basketball at the rivercourt.

Haley James
16, junior, varsity cheerleader
Having grown up with only female friends Haley turned out differently. She found herself befriending the most popular girls throughout middle school and high school. Along with her popularity came parties and drinking, although she never found a need to have sex. Now after befriending her newest best friend Rachel Haley also enjoys the perks of shopping and getting some nice and more expensive clothes.

Brooke Davis
16, junior, varsity cheerleader
There is only a problem with being less than the most popular girl in school when you want to be that girl. That was part of the reason why she had liked going out with Lucas. Not even his popularity could boost her own though and with time he broke up with her. Now Brooke has to try to find a way to become more popular on her own.
face claim: Sophia Bush
Peyton Sawyer
16, junior, artist
Without having all that many friends to be bothered with Peyton has had more than enough time to focus on her art. Although even though she's unpopular high school has still managed to come with some admirers from time to time. None of them had managed to compete with her art. Will anyone ever to be able to compete with it?
face claim: Hilarie Burton
Jake Jagielski
17, junior, varsity basketball player
As a rather normal teenager Jake loves being on the basketball team, but hates that his best friend Nathan isn't on the team. Like any best friend he knows the reasoning behind it. He wants to help his friend and will if he has to. At the same time he also wants Nathan to figure it out for himself. Although he might not be that popular he has all the right connections and Lucas Scott's back on the basketball court during practices and games. Can this neutral party stay neutral when it comes to the Scott drama though?

Clay Gray
17, junior, varsity basketball player
Being one of the most popular guys in the high school and best friends with the school's star basketball player sure has it's perks. You can get just about any girl you want. Well other than your best friend's girl most of the time. You can also get away with a lot. So it's no surprise that Clay's the one that throws some of the best parties. How could he not when everyone knows that Lucas Scott's almost guaranteed to be there each and every time.
face claim: Jared Padalecki
Andrea Woods
16, junior, varsity cheerleader
In this girl's mind it's best to not be too popular or unpopular, a good balance is key. Just the same she loves partying and shopping with her best friend Brooke Davis. The only thing better in her mind would be to go steady with Clay and have Brooke and Lucas get back together. A double date sounds good, right? Fantasies don't always become reality though. So maybe, just maybe, she'll just have to rethink those plans of her's.
face claim: Brittany Snow
Ashley Scott
13, freshman, aspiring varsity cheerleader
When your the daughter of Dan and Karen Scott and Lucas Scott's little sister there's a good chance you're going to have attitude and spunk. Just the same every Scott has a soft spot, and her's is her older brother Lucas. She even wouldn't mind weaseling her way onto the varsity cheerleading squad so that she could help cheer him on during the games. If she accomplished that though, would the popularity balance at Tree Hill High go all out of whack? There's only one way to tell.
